Medical Alert systems are easy to use, and installation is as simple as pluging your system into a phone plug and into an electrical outlet. Below are the details of how the Medical Alert system works. The Medical Alert system is also called a Personal Emergency Response System (PERS).
Install the System:

| 1. Plug the system into your phone jack. 2. Plug the system into a power outlet. 3. Test the system - Press the pendant OR the TEST button. |
How the System Works:

| 1. Senior presses the pendant button. 2. Care Center responds in seconds. 3. Care Center representative calls EITHER: A. Emergency personnel if no response or an emergency situation B. Family members according to the contact list 4. Senior receives the help needed. * Family members are also called if emergency personnel are called. |
